Coronavirus Information

WE HAVE OFFICIALLY CLOSED OUR LOBBY.

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak we have decided to close our lobby for the safety of our employees and customers.

We will be happy to assist you at the walk-up window installed at the side of the building for all of your transaction needs. We are maintaining our regular business hours.

If you are uncomfortable going to the walk-up, please call the bank at 617-876-5730 and an employee will come out to your car to assist you.

Our lobby will open for appointments only.  If you would like to schedule an appointment or have any questions call us at 617-876-5730.

Thank you for your understanding!

Notice to Our Valued Customers:

North Cambridge Co-operative Bank (NCCB) appreciates the trust you place in us, and we want you to know that the health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority.  We are continuously monitoring developments regarding the spread and impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19), now named severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), and information and standards from the Centers of Disease Control (CDC) CDC Coronavirus Information, the World Health Organization (WHO) WHO Q&A Coronavirus, State, and Local Health Officials. We are keeping our employees informed and reinforcing best health and cleaning practices in our office.

 24/7 Access to Your Accounts

We offer several secure, simple, and convenient ways to bank with us 24/7.  Through our Online and Voice Response Banking systems you can check balances, transfer funds, and make payments.  If you are not enrolled in online banking, just visit www.asknccb.com, or call us at 617-876-5730, we can help you enroll.  You can link your debit card to your Apple Pay and Google Pay for “tap and pay” secure payments.  If you do not yet have a debit card with your Checking/NOW Account, we can help you with that, too.

 Be Aware of Fraud

You should know that the coronavirus could accelerate the activities of cyber criminals who prey upon the public’s concerns.  Fraudsters look for ways to gain your trust and information and use this to gain access to your account.  It is important not to let your guard down.  Beware of phishing emails relating to the coronavirus.  Check the sender’s email address for grammatical errors- including email supposedly from the Centers of Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO).  Emails from North Cambridge Co-operative Bank (NCCB) will always come from asknccb.com. We will NEVER ask you for personal information in an email.

If you find yourself in a difficult financial situation, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to explore ways we may be able to help.

We share your concern about the spread and impact of the coronavirus, and we want you to know we are here to serve you.

Thank you for being a valued customer.
